There’s nothing worse than being ready to race and right before the race starts, you remember you forgot something important. If you’re like me, I get a one track mind and all I can think about is jumping on the bike and tearing it up (well, while trying to). I like to make a race day checklist so forgetting things doesn’t happen and it helps ease my mind and keep me focused. Hopefully the ideas here will benefit you when planning for your next race day and putting that first place trophy on your shelf and giving you bragging rights over your buddies!
